benchsys-lab includes a complete document management system with versioning and an up-to-4-levels validation workflow. Certain documents attached to a resource of a method can also be edited during the executions of that method. A document in edition is locked to edition by other users. A document can be hidden to users but its editors. Free or controlled meta-tags can easily be attached. The documents are stored and managed by benchsys-lab in dedicated data servers, disks or folders.
